Advertising board on pavement

Report https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 3376618 has not yet been resolved, and was closed in error.

A large 'a board' has been on the pavement here for months. The pavement is already narrowed because of cars being parked on the pavement.

Please remove the a board.
