Pavement almost swallowed up with vegetation

The pavement at the location indicated by the dropped pin has all but been swallowed up by overgrown vegetation. This needs cutting back and no doubt the soil encroachment needs taking back to regain the pavement. The pavement is down to less than half a foot in one place. This hasn’t happened overnight and clearly a plan to ensure this doesn’t happen again, needs putting in place.
