Original sign broken new sign wrong

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The old Rd signs entering Randolph Close have been damaged, they have been left lying in the rds etc for over 2 years now, no one from the council seem to log it, even the road sweepers or grass cutters just move it, its dangerous, as has large concrete to base, one of which some youths threw into the road, still there on grass, the new signage put up, is a bit of a joke, as it has an arrow, pointing up the Rd,? emergency services are confused when trying to find Randolph close, we also have bungalows built in the old garage site (Randolph Mews), no Rd signs to say where this is, fed up with people knocking on our doors to ask, if this is Randolph close or where Randolph mews is, this issue has been reported several times to you, please can this be addressed ASAP. Any new signs, I suggest you make out of metal and not plastic, so the youths can set fire to it, they need to be fixed where people can read them clearly, post has been delivered to wrong houses, and even food deliveries go to the wrong addresses, this clearly heeds addressing asap
