Drain filled with mud, unable to drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Ever since the last big storm this drain is filled with mud and earth almost to the top with the drainage hole completely covered by mud and earth. This is effecting my water meter in the pavement that keeps flooding as the gully/drainage in the hole is blocked. The mud and earth needs to be removed please
