Poor condition and poorly signed

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

3rd time of reporting this issue . There are more unreported occasions. A further delivery van has got stuck on Parfitts hill bs5 8bn because of the steep badly maintained road. There is a risk of them hitting our property as they spend 1-3 hours awaiting recovery skidding up and down. Photos submitted previously. It has numerous potholes. Is never cleared so there is a lot of skidding on the detritus either side. It is too narrow for vans and arguably cars but no one sees the sign as it is not very visible. Please can you engage directly with us on this as our property borders this road and I never hear back from my reports. Please can something be done before there is an accident
