Unauthorized changing of Street name by third party

Someone taped over the Street name. It reads now as Coffen Drive. It makes it impossible for visitors or delivery services to find the Street name proper, i.e. Goffenton Drive when they drive off Gill Avenue. The issue has been present for several months now.
