Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Sign has been turned around and other sign obscured by trees, I’ve had two cars speed down the access only road

    Thus was dumped beloved to be overnight 07/07-08/07. Truck believed to have driven done lane and off loaded. As you can see from the photos there is an address which may or may not be helpful in identifying culprits.
