12inch pothole in pavement over looking school playground

This pothole is opposite 29 Lydstep Terrace, on the pavement right by the railings looking over the school. It is extremely hazardous and has already caused an injury. My just turned 3 y/o was looking at the children playing in the playground and fell into it scraping and bruising all down her leg. It Has the potential for extremely serious consequences and I am grateful and hopeful her leg isn’t sprained or broken at all. From the debris inside, I’d judge the pothole has been there some time.
