Repair uneven, damaged, cracked and open pavement area outside 8 and 9 Northumberland Road, unable to use wheelchair on pavement area as very uneven.

  • I am disabled and use a wheelchair . The hump under the tree forced me into the road which is also difficult to access via driveways..
