Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Hi some guys came to fix the loose curb stones outside 199 Whiteladies Road (Ocean Property Lawyers) on Friday which they did a great job but they have inadvertently concreted up the downpipe for 199 Whiteladies road which went under pavement and out in to the gutter, the drain is blocked and with the rain over the weekend it is overflowing. please can they return as soon as possible and rectify.
