Yellow lines hard to see

The double yellow lines outside my off street parking gates have faded badly and if a car is parked there I cannot reverse my van in - I use my van for work during the evenings and it is essential that I park it off the street when I return in the small hours, in addition, opposite the faded lines is MI Motors a high street garage and an illegally parked car seriously hampers their ability to get customers cars in and out of the garage - may I ask please that the double yellow lines be re-painted - thank you.
