Parking problems 7-19 Cote Lea Park narrow road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

This small cul de sac now has double yellow lines on the corners but no yellow lines on either side of the cul de sac road. So people can and do now park on both sides of this road and block the road so noone can get in or out of the cul de sac. Can the double yellow lines be extended on one side of this road to deter people from blocking the road. This problem started when the yellow lines were painted a few months ago.
