Patch in road has sunk

The road has been damaged here for a long time. I drive round it most days as it is too deep to drive over and getting worse. I have attached a screenshot of the condition of it when Google photographed it for Street View in early 2021 and in the past year it has become much worse and now requires urgent attention. It looks as if the road was patched some time ago after utility works and has deteriorated since then but is now a hazard.
