Drains stink

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is an awful sewage smell outside my house and my road area, its been going on for awhile now. Its awful. I know you you can't accuse anyone but number 45 Marlwood do dispose of their excrement down a drain, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but, the smell is awful. Other neighbours have mentioned it too. It's just with summer coming it's going to attract rats etc
