Car has been seen driving back and forth on the footpath outside our house 3 times on 18/05/22. At 11:35am the driver almost hit a cyclist on the footpath. Have all the footage of the car committing this crime.

Also checked camera footage and the same car has been seen driving down the footpath the day before as well (17/05/22)
