Blocked gully floods whenever it rains causing waves of water over my house and Russian roulette to leave the front door. This has already been reported and closed without resolution. As this gully blocks almost every year and I have reported it so many times I feel this a major defect in the system and needs better intervention than simply sucking it out which only seems to fix the problem temporarily.
