Bollard is completely obscured by large weed (Buddleia?)

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Bollard may or may not be illuminated, but that is academic as it is completely obscured by a large weed (Buddleia?). I reported this before but it has mysteriously disappeared from this map despite not having been rectified.
