Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The following cases for the same issue have all been closed with no explanation: - 3283259 - 3489929 - 3487112

Can you please stop closing these cases without providing any explanation? There may be a good reason for closing them, but we don't know if you don't write anything.

Eg... "We are closing this case as we don't have any budget to fix this issue during this financial year."

Or... "We are closing this case as the issue is now planned to be fixed by the end of May 2022."

Etc.
