Bristol city council Estates Officers don’t visits after they receive complaints . Tenants allowed to leave dog mess in their front and back gardens on Claremont Street in Easton . Why was it left for so long ???? Is it because Bristol City officials don’t care ? Picture below demonstrates how much rubbish was collected off Claremont Street by Community Pay Back a few days ago. Neighbors complained for years to get the street cleaned up .
