Planning was placed for an area at the rear of the shop for their bins, yet they use the pavement on the street to leave out causing a hazard and a. Eyesore. At the rear of the premises there are numerous Yorkie cages full of Rubbish and no fire escape as the doorway is blocked. Why has this been allowed to continue!!!!!!!!
