Footway and verge sinking due to water leak

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The footway and verge are sinking outside houses 5 & 6. I believe that the ground is sinking due to a long term, slow water leak (or it could be a collapsed duct). The ground has sunk in the vicinity of the water pipes feeding number 5 by around a foot. It's causing the footway to collapse and is a trip hazard for residents/ visitors.
