The light buzzes and flickers

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

When the light first comes on it flickers and makes the buzzing of faulty electrical connection. It will then stay normal for a period of time before doing it again. I have not been monitoring it, but I have been out on my door step well into the night and seen it flickering and buzzing before resuming normal operation.
