Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Flooding from property 31 Sherrin Way- not been fixed now into 6th week. grass verges are swamped and constant water on footpaths - where grass verges have been cut by council and grass left it has now become a hazard and dangerous to walk on the paths. Water also flooding other properties including council and private. As over 6 weeks damage is being done - can someone please investigate.
