Depression in carriageway around water main, Avonvale Road

As the attached photo shows, there is a square uneven depression around the water main located in the carriageway on Avonvale Road, close to the junction with Beam Street. This has proven to be very dangerous to both cyclists and motorists who drive over this depression.
