Overgrown trees obstructing visibility

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Growth at bottom of trees 100 - 152 Portway are severely overgrown and obstructing visibility from driveways. Zero visibility when exiting onto a 40mph road (where speeds are often higher) resulting in highway safety risk. This problem arises every year
