Overhanging brambles down to head height hazard to cuclists esp. in dark, please do a proper cutback

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Along section of Concorde way between large and small railway bridges, so rail embankment and allotment railings , if it could be cut right back then it might stay out of the way of cyclists' faces for more than 2 weeks. Ironically before 2011 along this just a trail with muddy patches, but clear of vegetation, with bare railings.
