Cars parked on double yellow blocking turning at end of cul-de-sac

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3568311.

Student house at the end of the rd have at least 4 cars parked at any one time so it's impossible to turn at end of rd meaning you have to reverse into busy rd to get out. Not ideal with kids in the car
