Disintegrating road surface
Reported via mobile in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 09:51, Sat 4 June 2022
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Along the length of Alfred Place the road surface is disintegrating. These are more than just pot holes it’s long stretches of the road with a very uneven and broken surface with loose stones. It’s a danger to all road users (particularly cyclists) and includes the resident parking spaces along the street which risk damaging parked cars.

This hasn’t been resolved despite the Council reporting that it was closed and “no further action required”. On that basis, I have reported it again because the whole road is in desperate need of being repaired and resurfaced, especially as neighbouring roads that were not as bad have been recently resurfaced.
