Yellow lines still missing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I have reported this issue before on two occasions, but nothing has been done. The reference for the last report is 3515785, and I never received the promised update, rather have just been told that the matter has been "closed". I am asking for the yellow lines previously installed as a turning circle as part of the residents' parking scheme, but later accidentally erased when road repairs were done, to be restored.
