Uneven pavement including chippings filling a cut slot.
Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 21:12, Mon 6 June 2022
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3576264.
Planning Application No: 18/03644/F 583 Gloucester Road, approved 31/8/2018 has been completed a few months but the pavement outside the converted garage has been left in a poor state.
Condition 4 of the approved application states, "Reinstatement of Redundant Accessways - Shown on approved plans; No building or use hereby permitted shall be occupied or the use commenced until the existing accesses to the development site has been permanently stopped up and the footway reinstated in accordance with the approved plans. " This work has clearly not been carried out and the pavement has been left uneven with a trip hazard due to the cut slot. From the planning approval it appears the developer was responsible for the work?
The problem is on the pavement in Court Road to the side of the main property.
Thank you.
