New footpath lower than road causing large puddle in rain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Works to Tesco junction on Kellaway Ave which have been ongoing for over 2 months look to be almost complete and already the footpath is flooding during rain because the footpath is lower than nearest gulley.
