The traffic lights are stuck on red

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3576870.

For several days the traffic lights on the A38 have been stuck on red. Whilst it is mildly amusing to see the wholly unnecessary arguments arising every few mins between motorists who know the lights don't work and those who dutifully wait for them to change, the resulting huge traffic jams are not. Please, this is such an easy problem to fix. Please address it today.
