Cracked pavement from tree roots

Recently moved in and you have been in contact dale wyatt about this issue. The tree in my drive way is cracked all the floor and becoming an issue with getting my car on and off. Someone has been out and stayed the floor for markings, however they have sprayed it incorrectly as you haven't covered what belongs to the council. Only 3/4 of the issue . The van can be moved if this was the problem.
