Damage to middle of pavement

Hi, the damage was done yesterday whilst I was at work by the vehicle that was doing the road maintenance outside my property. You can see the tyre mark from the large vehicle that damaged it I do have photos of the vehicle and reg number that I took later on after my neighbour told me that it was the vehicle that was digging up the road that done it and you can see the tyre marks aswell
