Please reference previously raised incidents on the same topic 3471958 April 20th and 3363232 These are automatically getting closed. THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED. How many times do you expect me to recreate the same incident? Do someone even reading these?

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not close the incident until the problem is fixed

  • Hello Please could you let know how long g this investigation is going to take ? It will be interesting know what kind of investigation has been going I. Fro past few months Incidents are getting closed automatically without the actual problem being fixed What happens to the previously closed incidents ? Was there any investigation done at that time ? It’s really frustrating that that there is no ukasate for months !
