The light it far bright

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

When the sun goes down the light is so bright it feels like it is still actual daylight outside. I understand it needs to be light but when I have blinds and a wall hanging in front of my window and my bedroom is still bright there is something wrong.

It is fully desterbing my sleep as I go to bed basically in daylight sleep the whole night in brightness.

This light has recently been changed and this has not been a problem for around 3 years living in this property.
