Outside 268 bollards

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Last week someone put barriers outside 268 and the following few houses, and was told the gully suckers were coming monday morning, no one turned up and now the barriers have all been moved , 3 are on the pavement causing obstruction for children going to school, and sign knocked over also,
