Loose manhole cover - fatigure due to being driven over.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Noticed on weds 8th June. Almost every vehicle travelling into coronation road drives over it, each time it crashes down /rocks with a loud bang - likely to fail due to fatigue if not sorted.
