Dog barking

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Dog at this house number 74 keeps barking at early in the morning, sometimes 3 am, 4am, owner does not calm the dog he just shouts so then there is even more noise, this is not good if you have work to get up for as the noise wakes you up and disturbs your sleep
