Neighbours front garden is overgrown and full of weeds and brambles which are going to encroach on to public footpath

  • Hi there empty flat next door to me and the garden is disgusting is so over grown it needs to be cut down. I'm in 116 whittock Rd it's the flat next door can something be done about it
