This drain is totally blocked, filled with silt and run off from gutters and local building works. Plants growing out of drain. Floods every time it rains creating massive puddle over the corner junction of Howard Road and Beauley Road. Has been blocked partially for a couple of years - now totally full for last 5/6 months.
