Concrete Drain broken in half

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3592909.

Citizen Rang explaining son had fallen down the hole on friday due to broken drain. this led to him getting badly injured. Mother went back to check and noticed cones around it, however no report on fms?
