Glaring night lights over my garden

I've been meaning to enquire about the lighting that has been installed in the car park, opposite right of my house. Whilst I understand the need to deter unacceptable behaviour regarding vandalism/substance abusers hanging about the car park, the glare at night over my garden is dreadful. I've found the level of this light pollution upsetting. Also concerned about the effects on the surrounding trees, plants & wildlife.
