Manhole cover outside 80 Cumberland Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Ref 3499061 The council have issued a "Fixed" update for this issue today. Regrettable the clanging manhole cover is still clanging as noisily as ever. Would the Council advise why they cannot fix this and just issue a "Fixed" notice without anything being done. This will be a major noise pollution problem at a time when residents wish to sit out in their gardens or just want to open the window in The Summer.
