  • They are wrong. It is definitely a police matter. I have reported this type of parking to the police in the past, please don't be fobbed off.

  • Having said that, Bristol Council CAN fine the motorist for the double yellow line infringement. Next time you see this motorist park on the double yellows, call 0117 903 8070.

    They are super responsive.
