Uneven surface

This part of the road was worked on in the last two years and resurfaced to fix the depression and uneven surface in the road. Within few months of the works being completed, a water company came around and dug up the same spot. The quality of works done by the water company was poor and left the surface depressed and uneven just as it was before the council works few months prior, effectively undoing all that work.
