Damaged wall on West Street opposite Parson St. Junction

This was previously reported with reference 3481667. The response from Bristol City Council was that this land was not on adopted highway. I believe based on the land registry plan of my property that this is not correct. The wall is clearly visible on this plan and it is not part of the property boundary. The plan is attached to this report.

This issue has been present for at least 6 years now and it is getting worse.
