Overgrown shrubs now blocking pavement

Please can the Council attend to these overgrown verges along Sturminster Road ASAP. The payment is now blocked by the branches of large weed/ shrub. Disabled people and the elderly may struggle to pass this. I’ve left 4 tickets now and they have not been answered. if the council doesn’t consider the issues reporter a problem the please can they dismiss them and confirm as opposed to leaving the tickets open for eternity. That way i can write to the council’s legal department about public nuisance and safety issues. Many thanks.
