Over grown grass area

This grass area is just off a lane which is also so overgrown with stinging nettles, It is getting to the point you can't even see the path and its nearly as tall as my 5 year old! This has been like this for months and I have reported it before but nothing has been done. I have 4 young children and this is our walk way to school, its definitely a health hazard and making school runs such hard work because I have to be careful where the children step.
