Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Vehicle being left for long periods on yellow lines, across drop kerbs and pavements for long periods. Obstruction of the highway every day in Soundwell, Lodge Roads. Eating in a cafe is not a reason to leave a vehicle for half hours, clogging a residential area. The pavement are being damaged daily.
